Our friendly scoopers will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of the service, but we do ask that gates be unlocked and that no aggressive, reactive, protective, or easily startled dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service and safety for your dog and for our pooper scoopers.

Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start picking up all the dog poop in the areas you need cleaned. Our team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste before bagging the waste.

Once your yard is dog poop-free, your pooper scooper will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment and shoes with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

After the yard is cleaned, your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or place the waste in a dumpster in your residential area (like duplexes). If you don’t have a trash can in select locations, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
